Tater Tot Hot Dish

This dish is huge back home. Every family has there own recipe and their own ingredients. This is my version and everyone seems to really enjoy it! The best thing about it is that you can add what ever you want to it!! 🙂


  • 1 pound ground meat
  • 2 cups corn
  • 1 jar salsa con queso
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 bag tater tots


  • brown meat and spice and as desired. drain meat
  • place meat in bottom of an un-greased 8×12 baking dish
  • cover meat with cream of mushroom soup
  • cover soup with frozen corn
  • cover corn with salsa con queso
  • cover top of salsa con queso with tater tots so the whole top is covered with tots
  • Bake at 375 for 45 min. For crispier tater tots you can place under broiler for the last 5 min
