• 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/4 can milk
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • noodles of your choice


  • Brown ground beef (turkey) and onion season as desired. Drain off fat.
  • Add  soup with milk.
  • Simmer 20 minutes. Stir frequently.
  • Add sour cream and heat through.
  • Serve over cooked noodles.
