Mexican Pasta Skillet

This is the recipe for the Mexican pasta skillet. It is amazing and its a one pan meal which is always a plus! Once I make it I will post a picture of it for you! Enjoy and let me know what you think!!


1 lb ground meat

1 (16oz) jar salsa

1 cup tomato sauce

1 1/2 cup water

2cups macaroni noodles

1-2 cups corn (frozen or canned)

1/2  shredded cheese


In skillet cook and season meat, then drain. Stir in salsa, tomato sauce, and water. Heat to boiling and then stir in macaroni and corn. reduce heat, cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and let stand with 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. (I cover the top with cheese, not just sprinkle it)
