Crock Pot Pork Tenderloins


  • 10-12 small red potatoes sliced, just enough to cover bottom of pot
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can green beans
  • flour mixed with spices (black pepper, garlic powder etc.)
  • pork tenderloins (I will be using 4)


  • Dredge tenderloins in flour and brown to aid in preventing them from falling apart if desired
  • Line bottom of crock pot with potatoes
  • cover with tenderloins
  • cover with green beans and soup
  • cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours
  • add flour to thicken if needed
