This is our home made chili recipe. We don’t use a packet for seasoning we just make it up our selves!


I pkg (about 3 lbs) stew meat

1 or 2 large onions, diced

3-5 tablespoons minced garlic (WE LOVE GARLIC)

about 1 teaspoon of the following: cayenne pepper, hot red pepper flakes, chili powder, salt, and pepper

1 extra large can hot chili beans

1 can diced tomatoes with habaneros

1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies

i can tomato sauce


1. In large pot brown stew meat with garlic and onion.

2. begin to add other ingredients mixing after each one.

3. Add each spice one at a time and mix after adding each one to insure you mix it in good.

4. Simmer on low to medium heat for about 2-4 hours, Stirring occasionally.

Chili is one of those dishes where you can use any ingredients you have, and the longer you let it simmer the better it tastes!!!

To make the chili mac, just cook package of noodles of your choice and add to the chili. It made what would have been three more servings of chili into about 4 or 5.
