Pork Chop Casserole
This recipe was pretty easy to make and turned out better than I thought it would! I was a little nervous about it because I don’t know much about pork but over all it was good! Janice even liked the pork in this one, which is odd because she has been going through a no meat stage lately! Well here is this recipe!!
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cambells cream of mushroom soup
- sliced onion (I used sweet onions)
- potato, sliced 1/4-1/2 inch thick (I used yukon gold potatoes)
Directions:
- In baking dish layer potatoes and onions
- top with pork chops
- pour soup over chops
- cover and bake at 350 for 45 min to 1 hour
It took my pork about 1 hour 15 min to bake through and I flipped them half way! Enjoy!!
