Crock Pot Pork Tenderloins
Ingredients:
- 10-12 small red potatoes sliced, just enough to cover bottom of pot
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can green beans
- flour mixed with spices (black pepper, garlic powder etc.)
- pork tenderloins (I will be using 4)
Directions:
- Dredge tenderloins in flour and brown to aid in preventing them from falling apart if desired
- Line bottom of crock pot with potatoes
- cover with tenderloins
- cover with green beans and soup
- cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours
- add flour to thicken if needed
