Chicken Rigatoni with home made alfredo sauce
This recipe is amazingly quick, easy, cheep and tasty!!!
Ingredients:
1 (16oz) package cooked Rigatoni, or any noodle of your choice
2 cups chopped broccoli, fresh or frozen
1/2 frozen peas
1 and 1/2 cubed tomatoes
3-4 boneless skinless cooked and chopped chicken breasts
1 (10.5oz) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
3/4 grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
1. Cook noodles according to package, in the last five minutes add veggies.
2. In large skillet, over medium high heat, mix soup, milk, cheese and chicken. Cook until warm stirring often.
3. After draining noodles and veggies return back to pot you cooked them in. Coat them with the sauce and chicken mixture.
This recipe is amazing. I was a little nervous about using the cream of mushroom soup but it was delicious! It tasted better than the sauce from the jar, is much cheaper and actually produced more sauce than the jar does.
